James Bowthorpe is to attempt to beat the record for cycling around the world stating March 29th 2009. For with the intention of raising at least £1.8 million, that is £100 for each mile he cycles. This money will enable the research to proceed immediately to its next stage – a five-year multi-disciplinary groundbreaking programme into ‘Parkinson’s: What’s driving it?’
