• Homing in on what's driving Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is
the motivation.
• Intervention before the label of definite Parkinson’s can
be applied is the ultimate goal. Slowing progression of established disease
is the intermediate goal.
• Introduction of objective measures for monitoring the facets of
Parkinson’s is a must.
• Conventional approaches may have limited potential: major advances
are not made on bandwagons, but by thinking the unthinkable, not accepting
dogma, and reviewing the obvious.
