Patient Diaries
This is Anne in January 2009. She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s
Disease in 2000. Her case history is illustrated in the body of our recent
publication. Here is a series of videos,
starting early in 2006, before antimicrobial treatment for a longstanding
stomach infection. There is a dramatic improvement after 6 weeks, better
still at 20 weeks, and even more so at 1 year. Her stride improved enormously,
by 44 cm, that’s 18 inches. She has recently cycled 10 miles. Now,
3 years after eradicating the infection, she still does not need standard
symptomatic anti–parkinsonian medication.
